Due to the size variation of in-shell nuts this bag contains approximately 5lbs.
Due to the heat in Oregon this summer the 2021 crop has produced a much smaller sized nut with the Ennis variety.

I roasted these in the shell, 275 degrees F, 25-30 minutes, & let them cool. Tasted much better than the very good roasted/shelled ones I have purchased. My wife and I like them very much. That is without salt and we usually prefer salted nuts.
